Rachel is responsible for strategic and financial planning, treasury and risk management, compliance, information technology and more. Prior to joining our team, Rachel worked in the energy, chemicals and manufacturing sectors for nearly three decades.
Elena Adang
General Counsel & Corporate Secretary
Elena heads the legal and human resources departments, advising the company on a broad spectrum of employment, compliance, and regulatory matters. Prior to joining our team, she focused her practice on business litigation and employment defense, representing clients in the transportation and logistics sectors.
Alok Kumar
VP – Multimodal Solutions
Alok leads QC’s door-to-door Intermodal and rail-based Multimodal product offerings. Alok has over two decades of experience in intermodal and supply chain, and has held various senior level positions throughout his career.
Nara Jaehnigen
Director – Intermodal Operations
Nara has held various roles within trucking operations during her career. As Director of Intermodal Operations, she manages the logistics of our national operations and ensures asset optimization across our network.
Matthew Nagle
Director – Multimodal Solutions
Matt began his tenure at QC within the finance department. In his current role, he oversees Intermodal and Multimodal financials, driving strategic pricing and ensuring financial health across the division.
Stephanie Biscomb
Manager – Intermodal Equipment & Network
Stephanie joined QC because of the amazing service she experienced as a customer. After joining, she had the opportunity to help build QC Intermodal from the ground up. Stephanie is responsible for our fleet of equipment, scheduling inspections and repairs, and expanding our network.
Mackenzie Koski
Manager – Customer Service Multimodal
Mackenzie serves as the Customer Service Manager for Intermodal and Multimodal operations, overseeing customer experience across both modes. She brings valuable client-side expertise to QC Intermodal, previously specializing in truck-to-intermodal lane conversions for bulk liquid shippers.
